Our high school program challenges students to think critically, write persuasively, solve complex problems, and communicate with clarity and conviction. We set high standards and expect ownership, resilience, and intellectual engagement. Every course is designed to build mastery — not surface-level completion — so students graduate with confidence in both their knowledge and their capabilities.
Power Hour | Proverbs: Wisdom that Leads
What does real leadership truly look like? Is it confidence, influence, success, or authority? The book of Proverbs offers something far deeper than outward traits—it offers wisdom. The kind of wisdom that shapes decisions, forms character, strengthens relationships, and prepares us to face real-life challenges with clarity and courage. This is not merely a study of verses—it is a training ground for leadership. Rooted in the signature Power Hour sense of community, this class creates a dynamic space for meaningful growth, deeper friendships, and shared pursuit of wisdom.

Power Hour | James: Faith that Acts
This leadership course explores the power in the book of James and what it means to live with authentic, courageous faith in the middle of real-life pressure. The book of James challenges students to move beyond passive belief into bold, lived-out conviction — developing perseverance in trials, wisdom in decision-making, integrity in relationships, and steadiness in uncertainty. This class comes with the traditional Power Hour sense of community; this class is the perfect way to elevate your leadership and deepen friendships.

Power Hour | Fruit of the Spirit: Character that Leads
The Fruit of the Spirit is more than a list of good qualities — it is the foundation of strong character. In this class, students will study love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control, and learn how these traits jump out of the bible and are powerful and applicable in everyday life.

High School Math | Core Class
In this dynamic math class, students will engage with a blend of technology and traditional textbook curriculum books. This two-sided approach ensures that every student can engage with their unique learning style! With a focus on building strong mathematical foundations, students will work through concepts individually, while also benefiting from 1-1 lessons, group math games, and interactive group lessons that make math engaging and exciting!​​
High school levels include Maths 7, Pre- Algebra, Algebra1, Geometry, Algebra 2, Pre-Calculus.

Highschool Language Arts
This high school Language Arts course includes two main focuses. Literature-based Language Arts and a Writing Lab time. Literature-based language arts studies use individual "novel studies" to teach skills in reading, writing, grammar, and literary analysis through a structured, literature-based approach. Students will analyze a range of texts —including novels, graphic novels, poetry, essays, comics, and short stories. Writing Lab dives into unit-based writings in Core Academic Writings - Narrative Writing, Expository Writing, Argumentative Writing, Analytical Writing, and Research Writing. Along with literary writings such as poetry, short stories, journalism, and novels. This is the class to take your love of Language Arts and writing to a new level!

American History
Journey through the American story in a class designed to help history come alive.
American History isn’t just a class its a journey at Collective Academy! We travel through major eras of United States history, from early exploration and colonial life to the Revolutionary War, the Constitution, Westward Expansion, the Civil War, industrial growth, world wars, the Civil Rights Movement, and the complexities of modern America. Each unit highlights the key ideas, conflicts, challenges, and triumphs that shaped the nation we know today. Throughout the year-long course, students will utilize Interactive textbooks
Portfolios of student activities Socratic discussions
Hands-on unit completion projects are chosen to match their learning style. By the end of the year, students will not only know the story of America—they’ll have experienced it!

Middle School Electives are held between 1:30-3 Monday - Thursday and 9-3:30 on Fridays.
Electives are one semster long.
8th graders can select electives to contribute to a graduation certification.
