Tuition
Tuition at Collective Academy is simple and straightforward.
The first step is submitting an application. Upon acceptance, there will be an official enrollment, which includes registration and a subsequent Registration Fee of $150 per student. From there, you simply pay for the individual class(es) or core bundles your student chooses and any associated material fees.
Families can then choose to volunteer or select the volunteer buyout option (excluding Flex classes).

Volunteer Time
All of our families are involved on campus—it’s what makes our community so special! There are so many ways to jump in and make a difference:

Classroom Assistance – Lend a hand in learning pods, help with activities, or assist with classroom setup and organization.
Administrative Help – Support our team with school communications, preparing materials, or light office tasks.
Facility Support – Help keep our space running smoothly with cleaning, setup, or light maintenance on academy days.
Volunteer Hours Breakdown
1.5 hours per week for families with students in grades 3–12.
Buy-out option $1,500

3 hours per week for families with a K–2 student.
Buy-out option $3,000
Flex classes (classes offered one day a week) will not require volunteer time, as they already include a single class buy out option in their tuition.
*If a family chooses to volunteer, the tuition for the flex classes can be discounted accordingly.
**Families can personalize their experience by contributing additional time through volunteer hours or additional finances—whatever best fits their current season of life. This allows every family to contribute in a way that best fits their season of life.
