Back-to-school night is for the whole Collective Crew! students & parents.
Students will attend student orientation, while parents attend parent orientation.
Orientation will cover the following main topics

How It All Works – The scoop on schedules, carpool, dress code, and all the “need-to-knows” that make the year smooth.

Inside the Classroom – A sneak peek at the curriculum, and come experience where your classes will be.

Character and values – How we grow leaders, build values, and help students shine beyond academics.

Tools & Tech – Show parents the apps and resources they will be using to stay connected and communicate.

Parent Superpowers – Ways families can plug in, volunteer, and be part of the school community.

Extras & Opportunities – Sports, arts, field trips, special programs that make the school year unforgettable.

Volunteer Time
In short: You share your preferences, we do the scheduling puzzle, and together we make it all work smoothly!

First, fill out the Volunteer Form. This isn’t locking you into one specific role or date—it just helps us see the big picture of your availability, skills, and interests.
Think of it as a way for us to learn where you’d love to jump in. Once we receive your form, our team uses the information to build the schedule.
We’ll reach out to you and place you in spots that fit both your availability and the needs of the school.
From there, you’ll receive your confirmed volunteer schedule so you’ll know exactly when and where you’re serving.

Just a heads up—class change requests will be processed the second week of school to ensure balance class sizes, confirm student placements, and ensure that everyone is in the best environment for their learning.
